Berg's history goes back to 1909 when the brand was founded by Wilhelm Beuttler. The production was located at Pforzheim. In 1927 the brand became registered. First jewlery was produced, wrist and pocket watches came into existance some time later.
During WW II Berg produced "Fliegeruhren". After beeing destroyed in WW II the plant was re-established at Rosenfeld. Products of the Beuttler KG were known as follows: Berg, Bergana and Aquarex.
This exact watch was released in the 30's in Switzerland. This watch reflects the style of Swiss watchmaking in the 1930's and creates a vintage ambience in the modern world.
