Payment Policy

At Dumarko, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience for all our customers worldwide.

We accept the following payment options:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

If you pay in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount based on their exchange rate.

We only accept full upfront payment.

We do not offer installment plans or split payments.

We do not reserve items without payment.

A watch is marked as sold only after full payment is received.

After payment, you may request a delayed shipment if needed.

Bank transfer is available upon request. Please contact us to receive our bank details (available in EUR, PLN, or USD).

A payment confirmation document is required. We will not mark a watch as sold until confirmation is received.

If payment is not received within 5 business days, the watch will be made available for sale again.

Requesting bank transfer details does not reserve the watch.

Orders are processed on a first paid, first served basis.
