At DuMarko, we value your satisfaction and want you to be pleased with your purchase. To facilitate a smooth returns process, please review the eligibility requirements and guidelines below.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: All items should be returned in unworn, unaltered condition with all original packaging, boxes, stickers, tags, and documentation intact.
- Watch Straps & Bracelets: Watch straps must show no signs of wear or removal, and bracelets should be in their original state with no adjustments or marks.
- Personalized Items: Personalized items are not eligible for return. Defective personalized items, however, may be considered for resolution.
Our customer service team may ask for photos or additional details to verify that the item qualifies for return before processing your request.
Non-Faulty Items
If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 business days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all included packaging, boxes, stickers, tags, and paperwork intact. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days via the original payment method.

Return Shipping
For eligible returns within the USA, DuMarko provides a prepaid return shipping label. However, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Items must be scanned by the carrier and in transit within 3 business days of receiving the label to qualify for a full refund. Items scanned after this timeframe may only qualify for store credit.
For customers outside the USA, a return label cannot be provided, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm it meets our return requirements. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the item is approved.
Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods.
Defective Items
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@dumarko.com. Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue. In cases where a defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the return of the item and either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Additional Policy Regarding Discounts on Multiple Watches
When purchasing two or more watches with a combined discount applied:
- Returns: If one or more items from the discounted purchase are returned, the multi-watch discount will no longer apply.
- Refund Adjustments: The refund amount will be recalculated based on the regular (non-discounted) price of the remaining item(s) in the order.
- Full Returns: If all items in the order are returned, the full amount paid, including the applied discount, will be refunded as per our standard return policy.
