We offer transparent shipping options with tracking, and our team carefully prepares each order with meticulous attention to detail.

We’re proud to ship globally from our headquarters in Poland. Whether you’re in Europe, Asia, America, or beyond, we’ll deliver your chosen timepiece right to your doorstep.

Each watch is hand-prepared with care, and processing times may vary slightly due to optional customizations. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Regular Orders: 3-5 business days
• Custom Engraving: Additional 2-4 business days (Due to detailed engraving work, each symbol takes time to craft with precision.)

We offer a few shipping methods with options that balance speed, security, and affordability.

Standard Shipping

• European Union (EU): 7–14 business days
• Non-EU Europe: 9–21 business days
• USA: 9–21 business days
• Canada: 12–25 business days
• Rest of North America: 12–25 business days
• South America: 14–30 business days
• Asia: 12–21 business days
• Australia & Oceania: 14–30 business days
• Africa: 14–30 business days
• Middle East: 12–25 business days

Express Shipping

All regions: 3–10 business days.

All orders are shipped with tracking, so you’ll always know the status of your delivery.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location and preferred shipping method, and costs are displayed clearly during checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Free, sent with Poczta Polska. Delivery times vary by location
• Express Shipping: $30, sent via UPS for faster delivery.

Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility. I'm also not responsible for delays due to customs.

1. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, all orders are insured to ensure safe delivery.

3. How are custom engraving orders handled?

Engraving costs are calculated separately based on the number of symbols and are priced according to our engraving price calculator. Processing time may be extended by 2-4 business days to ensure quality.
