Rare Vintage Omega, Oversized Jumbo Case, Black Gilt Dial, Cal. 30 from 1935

This vintage Omega from 1935 is a rare and highly collectible piece, notable not only for its oversized 37.6 mm stainless steel case—exceptionally large for its era—but also for housing the legendary Caliber 30 manual movement. These early Cal. 30 watches are increasingly difficult to find, especially in completely original condition and with a factory black dial, making this an especially desirable pre-war example.

The dial features bold gilt Arabic numerals, a large sub-seconds register at 6 o’clock, and a gilt railroad minute track. The lume on the hands and numerals has aged beautifully, creating an honest and attractive patina that speaks to its untouched originality.
