This 1940s Omega Tank is a rare survivor from the golden age of Art Deco design. Housed in a 22 x 38 mm stainless steel case, its rectangular proportions and elegant dial layout are straight out of the early 20th-century playbook—but what truly sets this piece apart is its beautifully aged dial.
The original, unrestored dial has developed a striking “leopard” patina—an organic, spotted finish that can only come from decades of oxidation and exposure. Framed by bold Arabic numerals, railroad minute track, and a square sub-seconds dial, the result is pure vintage personality.
