A 1932 Omega in a rectangular Art Deco case - this is early Swiss watchmaking from a period when Omega was defining what a wristwatch could be. The 20 ×37.6mm stainless steel case is clean, architectural, and unpolished, with the sharp lines and flat proportions that characterize the best Art Deco dress watches. At 9.5mm thick, it sits close to the wrist and wears with a quiet formality that suits the era.

The dial is the defining feature of this piece. It presents in two tones - an ivory cream field with a contrasted border that has deepened naturally over nine decades into a warm, uneven patina. Arabic numerals run the full chapter ring, with a fine railroad minute track at the outer edge. At 6 o'clock, a recessed small seconds subdial in its own squared frame adds classical structure.The blued steel hands are original and intact. No restoration, no refinishing - this is an honest, unrestored vintage Swiss dial in the condition collectors seek.

Inside runs Calibre T17, one of Omega's earliest rectangular wristwatch movements - a 15-jewel manual-wind ebauche introduced in 1929 with bar-type construction and separate bridges for the winding work and train wheel.
