This vintage Raketa carries one of the most recognizable case shapes of the Soviet era: the "TV" case, named for its resemblance to a television screen of the period. Produced by the Petrodvorets Watch Factory - founded in 1721 by Peter the Great and one of the oldest factories in watchmaking - these TV-cased Raketas capture the bold 1970s design language while remaining entirely practical daily watches.

The chrome case measures 32mm x 40.5mm with an 11.5mm thickness, wearing broader than the numbers suggest thanks to the full-width crystal. The two-tone dial is what makes this example: a black dial with a golden numerals, a crisp white minute track, and a framed date window at 3 keep it legible, while slim baton hands and a sweep second stay out of the way. It comes on a steel mesh bracelet that suits the geometry of the case well. Inside is a hand-wound Raketa movement with date.
