The Raketa Copernicus was originally designed in the Soviet Union, inspired by the heliocentric model of the universe. Produced by the Raketa Watch Factory, one of the oldest Russian watchmakers (founded in Petrodvorets in 1721), these watches were crafted to symbolize scientific progress and resilience—key values that helped the Soviet Union rise during and after World War II.
This particular customization takes the historical significance of the Raketa Copernicus and merges it with a strong American patriotic message. The black and gold open-work dial features planetary-inspired elements, but now serves as a bold statement of American resilience, echoing the fight against globalism, socialism, and the push to restore national greatness—values championed by those who support President Donald Trump.
