Vintage Omega Constellation Calendar, Ref. 14393-2 SC, Cal. 561 from 1960

This vintage Omega Constellation Calendar is a classic example of Omega’s top-tier dress watches from the early 1960s. The clean dial is well balanced and easy to read, with applied gold-tone hour markers and sharp dauphine hands. The framed date window at 3 o’clock sits neatly within the layout, while the applied Omega logo and Constellation script reflect the model’s position in Omega’s chronometer line.

The stainless steel case measures 34.6mm in diameter with a 44mm lug-to-lug length, giving it strong presence on the wrist while remaining elegant. At 10mm thick, it wears comfortably and slips easily under a cuff.

Inside is the Omega Caliber 561, an automatic chronometer-rated movement adjusted to high precision standards. The serial number 17213894 dates the watch to 1960. The caseback features the iconic gold observatory medallion, a defining element of the model. This example is completely original and remains in excellent condition.
