Vintage Soviet Diver's Watch: Poljot Amphibia
Produced in the Soviet Union during the 1970s, the Poljot Amphibia is a diver's watch with a 100m water resistance rating (please note that due to its age, we do not guarantee diving to such depths). This watch, now around 50 years old, boasts a beautiful and large steel case with a plastic rotating bezel, measuring 40mm in diameter.
The watch houses an automatic Poljot cal.2616.2H movement, a robust and reliable mechanism from the Poljot factory.
In the 1970s, the Poljot Amphibia was a prestigious accessory worn by captains, generals of the USSR Navy, and other high-ranking military personnel. This particular watch is in superb condition, with all original parts and no restoration work performed, maintaining its vintage charm. It looks almost new and would make an excellent addition to any collection.
The watch includes its original bracelet featuring the Poljot logo, and its movement has been professionally serviced by a watchmaker.
