We are able to make any changes to an order or cancel it during 2 business days since it has been placed.

It takes 2-5 business days to process your order, then 15-20 business days for delivery with Standart shipping or 5-10 business days with Express shipping.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you don't receive your order in a couple days, please contact us with yor order number and tracking information, so that we may assist you further.

1. Take off the watch from your hand to avoid undue pressure on the crown.
2. It is advisable to choose the same time for the winding up. In this case, the daily error will be identical.
3. Initially, wind it up about 20-25 turns - till the moment when it'll be impossible to turn it. You don't need to turn the crown with fanaticism :)
4. When the watch is winded up fully, it will work for about 26-32 hours depending on the movement.
Automatic watches use motion of your body to work, so you don’t need to wind it up.
Quartz watches work with battery. You don’t need to wind it up. We serve all our watches, so it’s new battery inside it, usually it works for about 1 year.
We provide 1-year guarantee for all mechanical and automatic watches, and half a year guarantee for quartz watch.
